Founded by artist John Hersey in 1987 after being dissastisfied with the era's available soft pastels, Unison Soft Pastels quickly became a perennial artists' favourite. Handmade in Northumberland in the beautiful Tarset Valley, these high quality soft pastels have an exceptional level of finely-milled pigment making their colours rich and intense and giving them a beautifully smooth feel.
