Delivery Information

We understand how exciting it can be to get started with your new art materials once you've placed an order, and that's why we always work to ensure that your purchases are carefully packed and sent out within 3 days of our confirmation email. 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Covers all UK addresses other than those in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man. 

For orders under £45, delivery starts at £3.95 for items weighing less than 2kg. For heavier deliveries, the price increases by weight. 

For orders over £45, delivery is FREE.

To find out the exact shipping costs and delivery options available for your order, please add your desired items and the delivery address to your basket. 

PLEASE NOTE: Some larger items, solvents and aerosols are only available through Click & Collect. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Regretfully, we do not offer non-UK delivery at this time. 

CLICK & COLLECT

If you would prefer to collect your order, you can select 'Pick Up' during checkout, which will allow you to collect your order from our shop at 67 Westgate Road, during normal shop hours. Collection is free and can be a convenient option if you would rather avoid waiting for delivery.

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email when it is ready to collect. Please bring your order number and a form of ID with you. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All items are subject to stock availability and suppliers warranty. Our liability is limited to the cost of replacement stock, errors and omissions excepted.

Delivery is subject to service and the terms of the Royal Mail for UK mainland delivery. 

Please note that we operate in compliance with current Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations which cover distance selling.
