Founded by artist John Hersey in 1987 after being dissatisfied with the era's existing pastel offerings, Unison Soft Pastels rapidly became an artists' favourite. Handmade in Northumberland in the beautiful Tarset Valley, these high quality soft pastels are made with an exceptional level of finely-milled pigment making them wonderfully intense and giving them a beautifully smooth feel.
