 Made from high quality pigments and materials, Winsor & Newton's Griffin Alkyd range dries faster and more consistently than regular oil paint. Retaining its workability for 4 to 8 hours and becoming touch-dry in 18 to 24, it's made from a polymerized vegetable-derived oil that when used with solvent, closely mimics linseed oil based paint. Perfect for thick impasto and allowing easier overpainting, Griffin Alkyd is available in 48 colours and offers high colour consistency, durability and lightfastness.
