Khadi Handmade Nepalese Lokta Washi Paper (54x80cm) Single Sheets

Made using a traditional Japanese nagashizuki dipping and layering method of papermaking, this Nepalese Lokta Washi paper uses sustainable fibre from the inner bark of Daphne Bholua, a plant native to the Himalayan foothills of Nepal. Smooth in texture, it is darker toned and has a harder surface than Mitsumata. Available in 30gsm and 60gsm, Lokta Washi paper is ideal for drawing in ink, as well as calligraphy, printmaking and bookbinding.

Each sheet measures approximately 58x80cm. Sold per sheet.
