Slower drying than traditional linseed oil, Refined Linseed Oil is a low-viscosity, pale-coloured oil used to make oil paints "fatter" (higher in oil content). Add this to your oil paints to reduce the consistency for better flow while increasing gloss and transparency, or add to fast-drying oils to slow drying times giving you longer to work.
